First... THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR SUPPORT!!

We sincerely hope that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase and don't expect to actually need to refer to this page, but here is some small print just for the odd occasion that it should come up.

1. If there is a problem with your order, contact us first. We'll try to make it right.

2. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchange.

3. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received.

4. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 1 week after the estimated delivery date.

5. Claims deemed an error on the manufacturer's part are covered at the manufacturer's expense.

6. If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, let us know asap, via our contact form here on the store.

7. Use the default address on the package to return an item.

8. Wrong address? Unclaimed item? These packages will be returned to the manufacturer. We will have to charge again for reshipment.
